Ronald C. Gaughf |
Mr. Ron Gaughf recently retired from Eli Lilly after 39-1/2 years. He has held numerous positions with global responsibility. Ron served as Area Maintenance Advisor, Intercontinental Projects ( Brazil , China , Egypt , Japan , Mexico , Australia ); Area Projects Advisor ( Australia , China , Korea , Japan ) and Area Production Advisor ( Australia , Japan , and Asia Operations-13 Countries).
Engineering management positions held include; Alliance Manager-Lilly, Jacob Small Projects Engineering Office; Department Head- Design Engineering Pharmaceutical Operations ( U.S. , Puerto Rico , Mexico , Canada , and Japan ); Department Head-Design Engineering Biochemical Operations ( U.S. and Ireland ). Ron also served as; Senior Project Engineer Facilities Planning, Administration, Research, and Pharmaceutical Production; and Senior Project Engineer Biochemical Facilities Planning.
Ron received a BS degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and a MS degree from Butler University .
During Ron's tenure with Eli Lilly he received numerous performance awards. ISPE named Ron “Committee Person of the Year” He has served on several ISPE committees and Task Teams and is a frequent speaker at ISPE Conferences.
